Short-distance transport
Long-distance transport
Warehousing import/export
AEO (Authorised Economic Operator)
Since 28.11.2013 we have been AEO-certified by the main customs office in Bremen. This means that we are considered particularly reliable and trustworthy by customs and can offer our customers special benefits in the context of customs clearance. Registration number: DE AEOF 119080
Purpose of the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO)
An Authorised Economic Operator has a special status. He is considered to be particularly reliable and trustworthy and can therefore claim special benefits within the framework of customs clearance.
The European Union transposed these security policy aspects into European law in April 2005 with the amendment of the Customs Code (Regulation (EC) No. 648/2005) and concretised them with the publication of the implementing provisions (Regulation (EC) No. 1875/2006) in December 2006.
An essential element of this security initiative is the introduction of the status of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO).
GDP (Good Distribution Practices)
(EU 2013/C 343/01)
Purpose of GDP certification
GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certification is a component of the higher-level GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and places the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceutical articles in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry on a safe and sustainable basis. The standards specified and to be fulfilled are currently detailed in EU Directive 2013/C 343/01 of 5 November 2013.
The area of certification of the company Heinrich Langhorst GmbH & Co.KG includes the transfer of GDP orders to the affiliated company PLL Projekt-Logistik GmbH for the purpose of transporting medicines and pharmaceutical products in a sealed refrigerated container, which is also handed over sealed to the customer or the port operation. There is no manipulation of the goods by either company.
The certification according to GDP gives the company’s customers the security that the transport processes are handled with the greatest possible care and with coordinated security procedures. Since the requirements of producers are becoming increasingly stringent, especially in the area of high-value, theft-endangered goods and/or goods intended for human consumption (HVC), orders are increasingly only placed with companies that meet the special security requirements according to GDP and can prove this through appropriate certification.
TAPA (Transport Asset Protection Association)
TAPA-TSR (2014) Level 1
Purpose of TAPA certification (TAPA – TSR)
The TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association), founded in 1997, pursues the goal of minimising the loss of high-value goods in the transport sector as well as in the aviation sector and in warehouses by developing uniform high standards. In the area of container transport,
the likewise common standards FSR (Freight Security Requirements) and the standard TACSS (Air Cargo) do not apply to Heinrich Langhorst GmbH & Co.KG. In the area of FSR (security in the warehouses), Heinrich Langhorst GmbH & Co KG is certified according to AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) by the HZA Bremen and thus fulfils all the necessary requirements for security on the premises, in the halls and in dealing with security requirements for the personnel, external drivers and visitors. The TACSS standard is not applied in-house, as the company does not operate in the air freight sector.
Certification to TAPA-TSR gives the company’s customers the assurance that transport operations are handled with the greatest possible care and with coordinated security procedures. Since the requirements of producers are becoming increasingly stringent, especially in the area of high-value and theft-prone goods (HVC), orders are increasingly only placed with companies that meet the special security requirements of TAPA-TSR and can prove this through certification.
TAPA-TSR is certified in 3 different levels, with Level 1 representing the highest security level.
